Our founder's experience: four years inside companies, at WAVE Italy and Fotosmile, before CASTE Strategy. It's where our method comes from.
The context
WAVE Italy builds professional driving simulators and trains drivers up to Formula 2. A tech company selling to a demanding audience, living on sporting credibility: communication can't be decoration. It has to hold its own next to the engineering.
The role
Joined as a graphic designer, ended up leading the whole creative department. Along the way, the work grew from graphics to product.
What was built
- A refresh of the brand image: identity, graphic system, materials
- Direction and production of social content, coordinating external agencies
- 3D modelling of the circuits the drivers train on
- Design of a steering wheel
- Photo shoots, video, presentations and training materials
- Support for international events and partnerships with names like Ferrari, IWC and Santander
Why it matters
This is where communication, product and events stopped being separate departments. It's where the method behind everything else comes from: making the right call, then seeing it through.
